DAY ONE

You’ll arrive at the exquisite Lido House hotel and we’ll jump right into programming on Friday morning. Our first full day together will include talks and panel discussions on topics ranging from private equity and e-comm strategy to industry competition and team building.

We’ll finish the evening with a rooftop happy hour where you’ll unwind and have the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and guest speakers one-on-one. Expect to meet incredible women and swap authentic stories about your entrepreneurial journeys.

DAY TWO

On our second day together, we’ll split into smaller groups with two separate focuses. Our team will lead workshops and conversations about building systems for sustainable business growth and making your mission, vision & values your competitive advantage.

KAELI LINDHOLM

After nearly a decade of teaching business growth strategy in the aesthetics industry, it’s become clear to me that what female entrepreneurs are struggling with most is an incessant feeling of loneliness. They’re facing challenges ranging from rapid growth to team management to entrepreneurial burnout— and they don’t have a space where they can safely express their feelings and strategize how to pull through.

This harsh reality is incredibly alienating and holds talented women back from reaching their potential in business.

01. WHEN AND WHERE IS THIS EVENT?

This event takes place on May 17th and 18th, 2024 in Newport Beach, California. Lido House is an exquisite boutique hotel with a stunning ballroom, spa, pool, and roof deck. 

02. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY?

We suggest arriving on Thursday, May 16th so you’re fresh and ready for the event to begin Friday morning. While Saturday will be a half-day session, we encourage you to take advantage of your time away and enjoy the weekend in beautiful, sunny Newport Beach!

03. IS THERE A ROOM BLOCK FOR ATTENDEES?

All attendees are responsible for reserving their accommodations, and we’d love for you to stay with us at Lido House! If you’re exploring other options in the area, we also recommend:

 

04. CAN I BRING MY PRACTICE MANAGER TO THIS EVENT?

The ALT Experience is geared toward Founders/CEOs in aesthetics & wellness. However, if your practice manager has been through our fast-track program, they could be eligible to join us at ALT.
